New Earth currently delivers to physical addresses within South Africa only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

To provide flexibility and convenience, we offer delivery through our trusted logistics partners:

Courier Guy — Door-to-Door Delivery (directly to your address)
PUDO — Locker Collection (secure self-service lockers nationwide)
PostNet — Counter Collection (collect from your selected PostNet branch)

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days once dispatched.*

During periods of increased demand or promotional events, delivery timelines may extend by up to 5 additional working days. We appreciate your patience during these times as every pair is prepared with care and attention.
