RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At New Earth, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every pair we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns Eligibility
Online purchases made through https://newearth.durban may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

Items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition

All original packaging is included

The Return/Exchange Form has been completed
To help us improve and process your request efficiently, please include a brief note outlining the reason for your return.
Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued in the form of a New Earth voucher or gift card, which can be used toward any future purchase.
Please ensure your preferred details are completed on the Return/Exchange Form.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

1. Self-Return
You may return your item using your preferred courier service. Please include the completed Return/Exchange Form and send your parcel to:

Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange or voucher will be processed.
2. Collection Service
For your convenience, New Earth offers a door-to-door courier collection service from most areas within South Africa — making returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

We want your first New Earth experience to feel effortless. That’s why your first order includes one complimentary return or exchange collection, allowing you to shop with complete peace of mind.
Standard Collection Fee
For any additional returns or exchanges thereafter, a courier collection fee of R109 will apply.
Where applicable, the courier fee will be deducted from the value of your refund voucher.
To arrange a collection, simply email us with your completed Return/Exchange Form, and our team will take care of the rest.
